Travel by car. car pooling to be arranged
The museum displays the history of the Royal Australian Air force from its beginnings in 1913 when the Central Flying School was established at Point Cook. At 1 pm on certain days including Thursday flying displays are held at Point Cook of certain heritage aircraft.
Carpooling will be arranged to arrive at RAAF Point Cook Museum at 10.30 am to start the tour at 1045 am. We will finish at 1pm when the aircraft flying display takes place, subject to weather and aircraft availability. After the Flying display we will go to lunch locally. Full details of the carpooling, visit timetable and lunch location will be emailed to members attending in the week prior to the event
